"I have a job. I am working at a hospital, helping to care for sick children. Today I cared for a small baby girl. Her name is Hope. She is suffering from AIDS and will likely die. This saddens me. I feel badly for her but will feel richer for having known her. I will try to give her the best care I can on the days I work with her. She is beautiful."
